Shipping policy

1. Minimum Order & Shipping:

a. There is no minimum order for delivery island-wide in Singapore. We do, however, charge a shipping fee of $15 for any order amount. An additional $8 surcharge will incur if we need to deliver to: CBD, Sentosa, Jurong Island, & Tuas.

b. We provide free delivery for orders of $90 & above.

c. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

d. Ensure that your name, address, shipping address & phone number are complete. We will not be liable for delivery to the wrong address. In the case that the shipment is returned to us due to incomplete/wrong address or refusal of package by recipient, the shipping fee paid will not be refunded.

2. Payment Methods:

a. We accept bank transfer and/or PayNow

b. To complete this transaction via bank transfer, kindly follow the instructions below:
- Transfer amount to 072-107982-8 (AHGIYA!), DBS Bank
- Send a proof of payment and order number to +65 9067 6246
We'll endeavor to acknowledge within 3 business days but if we don't, feel free to give us a nudge.

c. To complete this transaction via PayNow, kindly follow the instructions below:
- Transfer amount to our UEN: 53474493A (AHGIYA)
- Send a proof of payment and order number to +65 9067 6246
We'll endeavor to acknowledge within 3 business days but if we don't, feel free to give us a nudge.

d. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).

3. Order Confirmation:

a. When an order has been placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that this only indicates that your order has been placed & pending to be processed. 

b. If you notice any errors on your order confirmation, please Whatsapp us at 9067 6246 or email us at ahgiya.sg@gmail.com as soon as possible to modify or cancel your order. We will endeavor to stop the order from being processed or shipped, but there is no guarantee that this will be done in time.

4. Order Processing & Shipping:

a. All orders are processed & shipped out within 1-3 days (excluding Tuesdays & Saturdays) upon payment confirmation.

5. Changing / Cancelling Order:

a. If you have placed an order & would like to cancel or change it, please Whatsapp us at 9067 6246 or email us at ahgiya.sg@gmail.com as soon as possible.

b. Please include your Name, Contact Number, & Order Number in your text or email. We will endeavor to stop the order from being processed or shipped, but there is no guarantee that this will be done in time.

6. Damaged / Wrong / Missing Item:

a.  Unfortunately, Ahgiya! is not responsible for lost / stolen packages or packages damaged in transit. However, we will work with you to quickly rectify the issue with our shipping company.

b. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a photo of your package before opening it & Whatsapp us at 9067 6246 or email us at ahgiya.sg@gmail.com with your Name, Contact Number & Order Number. Ensure to attach your photo to the message.

c. Ahgiya! reserves the right to limit or deny refunds and/or replacements.

7. Order Exchange / Refunds / Returns:

a. We do not accept any returns or exchange if the products delivered are not defective & correctly match the order that you had placed.

b. For products that are damaged, or a wrong item has been delivered, or an item missing from your package, we will refund you to the value of the damaged / missing items once verified.
