Refund policy

Ahgiya! shall use its best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy, please notify us either by email at ahgiya.sg@gmail.com or Whatsapp Ahgiya! at +65 9067 6246 by the next day 24 hours. Returns / Exchange / Refunds can be arranged under the following circumstances:

1. If any of the Product has been delivered in a damaged condition, or if the Product is out of date, or if a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong Product is delivered, Ahgiya! shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product.

2. If any Product which was not included in the Customer's order is delivered to Customer, Ahgiya! shall collect the Product from Customer.

3. if the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, Ahgiya! shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.

4. If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product, Ahgiya! shall refund the Customer the difference.

5. All replacements of Products shall be effected in the shortest time possible.
